Summer is the most beautiful (and busiest) season in Teton Valley. Flights, rental cars, and lodging can book up well in advance. If you plan to attend and spend time exploring the region, we recommend making travel arrangements early.

Teton Valley, Idaho is a rural mountain community just over the Teton Pass from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Nestled between the Teton Mountains and the Big Hole Mountains, the valley encompasses the towns of Victor, Driggs and Tetonia, Idaho and Alta, Wyoming. It is home to Grand Targhee Ski Resort, and Bridger-Teton National Forest. Our wedding will take place at Linn Canyon Ranch in Victor, Idaho, just down the road from where we live.

Victor is a popular place to stay while visiting the region and is approximately 40 minutes from Jackson Hole and about 50 minutes from Grand Teton National Park. Yellowstone National Park is also within driving distance for a longer day trip.

Summer is the busiest season in the valley, and flights, rental cars, and lodging tend to book up well in advance. We encourage everyone to come a bit early or stay a little longer and enjoy what this area has to offer, and to plan travel accordingly. We’re looking forward to welcoming you and sharing a place that has become home to us.

Airports:

Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is the closest major airport and is about a 50 minute drive to Victor via Teton Pass. Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IDA) is another option, about 1 hour 10 minutes away.

Transportation:

Renting a car is recommended, as most lodging, the venue, and nearby attractions require driving.

Driving Notes:

Teton Pass is scenic and well-maintained in summer, but weather can change quickly—allow extra time when traveling.

We encourage people to stay in Victor for convenience to the wedding activities, but feel welcome to stay in Jackson Hole area as well. Do note, there will be transportation provided to and from the venue on the wedding day from hotels listed below and we ask if you do not stay in one of these hotels, consider parking and riding with other guests.
